POSITION SUMMARY:

• To recruit new clients
• Develop relationships with new & existing clients
• Sign up new Preventative Maintenance customers
• Identify & qualify new prospects
• Prepare & present proposals
• Prepare sales reports
• Sign up new service customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous sale experience
• Background in the fitness field is preferred
• Strong closing skills
• Cold call experience
• Excellent telephone & presentation skills
• Excellent verbal & communication skills
• Strong computer background
• Details & organizational skills required
• Able to work independently
• Maintain a professional appearance

Service Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Technicians are responsible for on site diagnostics and repair of equipment for all AAA customers. You will be required to provide service manager with all information to produce quotes and order necessary parts. Technicians will be expected to respond to an average of 4-6 service calls per day. Accurate paperwork with necessary information is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with small hand-tools
• Experience with a multi-meter
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in this field is a plus
• Proficient in problem solving
• Able to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Must be motivated and a quick learner
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
